Through a national partnering agreement, we interface with national service providers’ telephone service call center.  They pick up alarms directly from our network and receive trouble calls directly from customers over a specifically assigned 800 number.  Together, we offer one point of contact for any location in America with custom billing tailored to your approval policies for repair service or Moves, Adds, and Changes. 

If our electronic alarm system fails to clear the alarm, certified techs immediately access the system manually to diagnose and correct the problem.  When necessary, technicians are dispatched on-site with 24x7 two hour response times offered almost anywhere in America.

We also offer roll out projects, remodel, retrofit and new location installation including all voice and data cabling using our own employees trained to your configuration standards.

Web based reporting of remote alarms and service calls provides our customers a clear picture of failures from both technology and location.  Technology may be upgraded and locations may be trained to reduce service calls.  The key to managing service costs is measuring them at the source.
