CDR Applications
We offer Call
Management services via either an ASP or Service Bureau arrangement.
We manage the collection of data from nationwide voice networks that
may include a wide range of device types from a variety of
manufacturers. Station Message Detail Records (SMDR) or Call Detail
Records (CDR) are captured through the IP capabilities of PBXs, dial
out modems, or external monitoring devices. These records are then
processed by our applications, which include toll fraud monitoring,
call accounting, and traffic analysis. A consolidated view of all
information is provided on a secure web site, with access levels to
applications and data determined by individual user groups and users.
Toll fraud
monitoring provides both summary and detail records of after hour
calls, frequently dialed numbers, short and long calls, 900 calls,
restricted number calls, etc. Also provided is data necessary for
customer defined policy enforcement.
Call accounting
provides the rating of calls utilizing domestic and international
tariffs and the distribution of usage and non-usage based costs to
organizational levels throughout the enterprise.
Traffic analysis
provides ongoing data for measuring network usage, information that is
vital to the process of optimizing the network to improve performance
and reduce cost. Data available includes peak and off peak usage,
calls by hour and by day, busy hour by trunk, outbound and inbound
call summaries, trunk summaries, extension/authorization code
summaries, and destination dialed.
